Network Migration Projects

I have close to 20 years experience working on network migration projects for various companies, including:

• ANZ Bank
• Election Polling Booths
• Portmacquarie Hotels
• Real Estate Agencies including Laing and Simmons, First National, and Elders
• Legal Firms such as Bromhead Legal
• Retail such as Plunkett's TerryWhite Chemmart, OPSM, Woolworths, Coles, Telstra Store, and Footlocker
• Medical Practices including Port Eye Centre and Port Cardiology

In these projects, I worked as a network engineer and collaborated with team members and external vendors. My responsibilities included:

• Physical installation of hardware
• Programming of equipment
• Testing and thorough evaluation of equipment
• User training and support
• Follow-up and remediation
• Working closely with stakeholders to design appropriate network solutions

Throughout the migration projects, I ensured a smooth transition and minimal disruption to the existing network infrastructure. This was achieved through thorough testing, user training, contingency plans, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the existing infrastructure.

By implementing these measures, all the projects I worked on were successfully completed without major issues, highlighting the effectiveness of our testing and design processes.
